What you would do
- Own meaningful product surfaces end to end
- Take problems from definition through design, implementation, launch, and measurement
- Improve core Editor workflows or shape the self-serve journey
- Partner with Product and Design to propose better interactions and metrics
- Build ambitious full-stack systems with care
- Form hypotheses, instrument work, release incrementally, and read results
Must have
- 5+ years building and shipping customer-facing products
- Experience owning features end-to-end from planning through launch
- Leverage analytics and metrics to evaluate impact
- Orient quickly in unfamiliar systems by exploring and asking questions
- Care about how software feels and notice when technically correct is wrong for user
- Create clarity in ambiguous work and navigate significant complexity
- Validate work rigorously through reproductions, logs, tests, and evidence
Nice to have
- Work on an editor, media product, creative tool, or payment system
- Experience with TypeScript, HTML/CSS, React, Redux, Node.js, API design, Temporal, SQL
- Building an agent or experimenting with media-generation models
- Experimentation and product analytics experience
- Knowledge of shaders, graphics rendering, audio/visual effects, and media formats
