What you would do

  • Own the full customer onboarding lifecycle from sales handoff to production
  • Act as technical PM bridging engineering and customer stakeholders
  • Configure and tune AI agents and automation workflows for customer data
  • Build internal and external tooling to accelerate onboarding
  • Lead customer calls including kickoffs, progress updates, and training
  • Manage multiple concurrent customer deployments and timelines

Must have

  • 3-7 years in forward deployed, solutions, or implementation engineering
  • Experience owning full customer deployment lifecycle at early-stage startup
  • Strong project management with multiple concurrent deployments
  • Deeply embedded in AI tools and agents in daily work
  • Able to read, write, and troubleshoot basic Python or TypeScript
  • Understand APIs and data flows
  • Comfortable translating real-world workflows into automations
  • Work directly with non-technical end users
  • Interest or experience in operationally complex industries like commodities
  • Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate
  • Able to work from office four days per week
  • Willing to travel internationally up to 30%
