What you would do
- Own a core product domain end-to-end from discovery to delivery and iteration.
- Partner closely with engineering leads throughout product development, involving them early in customer conversations.
- Go deep with customers and stakeholders to uncover root problems and translate ambiguity into clear product direction.
- Remove roadblocks, make tradeoffs, and keep work moving in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
- Balance input across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive aligned outcomes.
- Contribute to building Clarium's product practice, including processes and norms.
Must have
- Strong product sense and problem-solving skills focused on business and customer value.
- Proven ability to lead discovery, define requirements, and bring structure to ambiguous problems.
- Track record of strong execution in complex environments, removing roadblocks and making tradeoffs.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with engineering.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where the playbook isn't written yet.
- Experience in healthcare technology, particularly with enterprise workflows and complex system integrations.
- Familiarity with driving change within large healthcare organizations.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience integrating with Epic or other large enterprise healthcare systems.
- Experience building AI-powered products or working on agentic tooling.
- Background at a company selling into top health systems.
