What you would do
- Become an expert in internal user workflows and share insights
- Simplify complex processes, systems, and datasets into intuitive experiences
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify problems and inform design
- Clarify undefined problems and align teams around solutions
- Lead projects from 0 to 1, from problem identification to shipping
- Balance pragmatic short-term solutions with long-term system design
Must have
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Comfortable working with data to understand problems and make decisions
- Interest in how workflows, data, people, and systems fit together
- Empathy for users and understanding their actual work processes
- Curiosity and excitement to learn new domains like healthcare
- Motivated by helping clinicians reduce manual work
