What you would do

  • Become an expert in internal user workflows and share insights
  • Simplify complex processes, systems, and datasets into intuitive experiences
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify problems and inform design
  • Clarify undefined problems and align teams around solutions
  • Lead projects from 0 to 1, from problem identification to shipping
  • Balance pragmatic short-term solutions with long-term system design

Must have

  • 5+ years of product design experience
  • Comfortable working with data to understand problems and make decisions
  • Interest in how workflows, data, people, and systems fit together
  • Empathy for users and understanding their actual work processes
  • Curiosity and excitement to learn new domains like healthcare
  • Motivated by helping clinicians reduce manual work
