What you would do
- Design and optimize consumer onboarding flows for first-time experiences
- Drive funnel and conversion optimization through iterative design and testing
- Ideate and implement referral and viral growth features
- Create reactivation and lifecycle experiences to improve retention
- Lead growth experiments and design new features for marketplace growth
- Apply consumer UX and interaction design expertise for intuitive interfaces
Must have
- 5+ years of product design experience focusing on growth, marketplace, or consumer platforms
- Strong portfolio showing process, interaction design, and shipped products impacting metrics
- Experience designing web and mobile applications at scale
- Understanding of experimentation, user behavior, engagement loops, and product-led growth
- Comfort with user research, rapid iteration, and data-driven decisions
- Ability to take ambiguity from discovery through launch and iteration
- Skilled in Figma and modern design tools
- Familiarity collaborating in startup environments
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Experience designing growth, onboarding, engagement, or marketplace systems
- Familiarity with consumer, e-commerce, or transaction-driven products
- Exposure to automotive, logistics, or auction marketplaces
- Experience with 0-to-1 feature development and scaling products across markets
- Previous experience in fast-paced startups
