What you would do
- Design, develop, document, test, and debug software systems with independent judgment
- Serve as a technical expert on development projects
- Participate in the full development lifecycle including requirements analysis and design
- Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and business requirements
- Support, maintain, and document software functionality
- Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or four years of related experience in lieu of degree
- Seven years of software development experience
- Minimum five years of IT experience with general development technologies like C#, SSRS, SSIS, SQL Coding, XML, or comparable languages like .Net, BI, ERP
- Understanding and experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle
- Ability to think strategically and balance long and short-term priorities
- Ability to establish trust and build strong working relationships with business and technology partners
- Ability to multitask and prioritize a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of business operations and key business drivers
- Flexibility for on-call rotation including evening, weekend, and holiday work
