The role
This is a hands-on staff-level role owning the design and evolution of large parts of the frontend architecture for a crypto launchpad platform. The role focuses on building fast, reliable, and maintainable user-facing systems under real load, with responsibilities spanning from technical design to implementation and mentoring other engineers. The work environment is in-person, intense, and fast-paced, with high expectations and immediate impact.

What you would do
- Architect and evolve large-scale frontend systems using React and Next.js
- Own performance, reliability, and correctness across critical user flows
- Design frontend abstractions and patterns that scale with team complexity
- Collaborate with backend and Solana engineers on client-server boundaries
- Lead complex frontend initiatives end to end from design to rollout
- Set a high bar for code quality, testing, and operational readiness
Must have
- Staff-level frontend engineer with deep production React experience
- Owned frontend systems used by large real user bases
- Strong understanding of browser internals and rendering pipelines
- Deep experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- High-agency and ownership-driven with minimal guidance needed
- Thoughtful about tradeoffs and pragmatic decision-making
- Interested in crypto systems or high-scale consumer products
