What you would do

Architect and build high-performance systems across the entire stack
Define and evolve cross-stack architecture for scalability
Lead complex, multi-surface initiatives end to end
Design clean boundaries between frontend, backend, and blockchain infrastructure
Anticipate and design solutions for systemic bottlenecks
Drive improvements in performance, reliability, and observability

Must have

Proven track record owning large cross-stack systems under load
Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js
Strong architectural instincts
Comfortable reasoning about distributed systems and data modelling
Able to move between frontend performance and backend design
Known for solving ambiguous, cross-cutting technical problems
High-agency and execution-driven
Comfortable setting technical direction while implementing
Experience in high-growth or high-scale environments
Familiar with crypto, DeFi, or blockchain systems
