What you would do
- Execute quality control tests on newly built ion implant systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose functionality problems during testing.
- Implement corrective actions to enable continuation of testing.
- Document all required interventions for preventative actions.
- Travel to customer sites to support onsite testing of new systems.
- Interface with assemblers, engineers, and management.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or physical science discipline.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% including overseas.
- Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and quality testing skills.
- Knowledge of control systems, vacuum systems, and robotics.
- Understanding of ion beam generation and delivery.
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to document technical interventions in detail.
- Experience with virtual machines and system integration.
- Capability to interface with customers and vendors.
