What you would do
- Own product vision, roadmap, and execution for enterprise imaging portfolio
- Define and prioritize initiatives to expand digital image exchange capabilities
- Develop products simplifying imaging movement between providers, patients, and organizations
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs for differentiation
- Lead products from concept through launch with cross-functional teams
- Write clear product requirements and user stories for engineering
Must have
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience building enterprise healthcare software products
- Strong understanding of enterprise imaging workflows including PACS, VNA, DICOM
- Experience leading products from concept through commercial launch
- Ability to translate complex customer workflows into intuitive software solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with engineering teams in Agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree
Nice to have
- Experience with healthcare interoperability technologies including DICOM, HL7, FHIR
- Experience in cloud-based SaaS healthcare platforms
- Familiarity with healthcare privacy, security, and compliance requirements
- Experience working directly with radiology departments, imaging centers, or health systems
