What you would do
- Design and maintain test strategies and procedures for system-level manufacturing tests
- Develop, verify, and validate performance information for test processes
- Code and debug test software for measurement, functional, and throughput requirements
- Design and integrate loadboxes, fixtures, cables, and test bays
- Participate in product and process problem-solving teams
- Support process and cultural changes to improve quality and productivity
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- General knowledge of electronics testing processes
- Basic programming knowledge and exposure to C and C#
- Understanding of measurement systems
- Understanding of digital and analog circuits
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis and problem solve
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills
- Basic knowledge of automotive development methods and tools
- Knowledge of Ethernet, CAN, UDP, and TCP/IP
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- 2+ years of testing experience in the electronics field
- Strong programming knowledge and proficiency in C and C#
- Experience transforming R&D functions from Python/C++/Matlab to production processes
