What you would do

  • Design and develop test strategies and procedures for system-level testing
  • Develop, verify, and validate performance information for manufacturing processes
  • Code and debug test software for parametric and functional testing
  • Design and integrate loadboxes, fixtures, cables, and test bays
  • Participate in product and process problem-solving teams
  • Support process and cultural changes to improve quality and productivity

Must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • General knowledge of electronics testing processes
  • Basic programming knowledge of C and C#
  • Understanding of measurement systems
  • Understanding of digital and analog circuits
  • Ability to perform root-cause analysis and problem solve
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills
  • Basic knowledge of automotive development methods and tools
  • Knowledge of Ethernet, CAN, UDP, and TCP/IP
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
  • 2+ years of testing experience in the electronics field
  • Strong programming knowledge and proficiency in C and C#
  • Experience transforming R&D functions from Python/C++/Matlab to production processes
