What you would do

  • Build solutions to help users maximize Algolia's value
  • Run experiments and A/B tests to select best solutions
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams on opportunities
  • Evolve the Growth platform to scale with customers and teams
  • Work with various teams to deliver a solid growth foundation
  • Write high-quality, well-tested code and review others' code

Must have

  • Passion for delivering excellent UX to diverse user groups
  • Data-informed decision-making mindset and impact understanding
  • Experience or strong interest in event-driven infrastructure on GCP or AWS
  • Experience building production apps with a backend language like Ruby
  • Comfortable working across the stack or eager to grow into full-stack with TypeScript and React

Nice to have

  • Experience in a scale-up or Growth team
  • Experience with analytics platforms like Amplitude or Hex
