What you would do
- Develop innovative solutions to help users maximize Algolia's value
- Run experiments and A/B tests to select optimal solutions
- Collaborate with product and design teams on opportunities
- Mentor software engineers and support their professional growth
- Design and build a scalable growth platform
- Work with various teams to establish a solid growth foundation
Must have
- Passion for delivering excellent UX to diverse user groups
- Data-driven mindset for decisions and impact analysis
- Experience with event-driven infrastructure on GCP or AWS
- Experience with a server-side typed or untyped language
- Willingness to learn Ruby and Golang
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS
- Ability to ship across the full stack
Nice to have
- Experience working in a scale-up or Growth team
- Experience with analytics platforms like Amplitude or Hex
