About Infragrid

What you would do
- Build pipelines to score, filter, and rank millions of user recordings daily.
- Design scalable systems to manage user rewards and ad spend automatically.
- Collaborate with leading labs to deliver high-quality filtered recordings.
- Own systems end-to-end with high autonomy in a fast-iteration environment.
- Train state-of-the-art internal models using multi-modal data.
- Create challenging open-source benchmarks for voice and interaction modeling.
Must have
- Enjoys system design and pays close attention to details.
- Moves very fast with AI coding tools.
- Loves building and thrives on solving novel problems.
- Deep conceptual understanding of deep learning.
- Experience fine-tuning strong open models.
