JobHire.AI reviews (2026): is Jobhire AI legit, and what does it cost?
We make Apiva. Read this knowing that.
Everything about JobHire.AI below comes from their own site, their terms, their refund policy and their Trustpilot page, checked on 17 October 2026. They don't publish prices. jobhire.ai/pricing returned a 404 when we looked, so part of what you'd want to know before paying only shows up after you've signed up.
Is Jobhire AI legit?
Yes. It's a registered business that takes real subscribers. The site footer names JOBHIRE AI LIMITED, with an office in Nicosia, Cyprus. If you live in the US, though, their terms say your contract is with a different company, EL AI Solutions LLC, which sells and bills the service here. The terms don't give an address for it.
Reviews are mostly positive. On 17 October 2026 Trustpilot rated JobHire.AI 4.1 out of 5 from 1,056 reviews, labelled Great. The company has claimed that profile and pays for a Trustpilot subscription. It also invites customers to review, which Trustpilot allows, and most of the recent reviews we read were marked Invited.
Read the refund policy before you pay. Updated on 17 July 2026, it says every subscription fee is non-refundable, the first purchase and every renewal. Where they do offer a remedy, it's account credit, meaning extra weeks of service. Money goes back to your card only to fix a billing error, like a duplicate charge.
The short version
With Apiva, you approve a job and our AI fills in the application and submits it. Paid plans charge a monthly fee up front, and a credit is used only on a confirmed submission. 25 applications a month are free, no card needed.
JobHire.AI also applies for you. You can let it send applications on its own, or set it to wait for your approval on each one. It's a subscription, and the price appears once you've registered.
For most people we think Apiva is the easier yes. Our prices are on a public page, so you know the cost before you sign up, and the free tier needs no card. A credit is used only when the submission is confirmed. If you'd like a tool that keeps applying with almost no input from you, JobHire.AI is built for that, and plenty of its reviewers are happy with it.
What JobHire.AI actually does
You upload your résumé and answer a few questions about the work you want. Then it goes looking for US roles. Their homepage says it covers 1,000,000+ jobs a month and "applies to hundreds of jobs matching your criteria". It rewrites your résumé for each role and can write cover letters.
How much say you keep is a setting. Their FAQ says you can turn on manual approval and review each application before it's submitted. Or you can let Auto-Apply send them instantly, or after 24 hours. Approved jobs wait in a queue and go out in batches, which they say avoids raising red flags with employers. Set it up once with Auto-Apply on and it keeps sending applications in the background for as long as your subscription runs, without you opening the app. That's the appeal.
Employer messages land in a tracker in your account. The homepage says it usually takes 7 to 14 days before interview invitations start arriving.
Some features cost extra. The FAQ says you can buy additional tools on top of a plan, and one reviewer this month mentioned paying $9 for a custom cover letter feature.
What JobHire.AI reviews say
The happy reviews are mostly about time. "As soon as I signed up. I was getting emails saying Thank you for applying," one person wrote in October 2026. A few mention interviews within days.
The unhappy ones deserve a look too. A September 2026 reviewer says it sent their résumé to "so many companies that have rejected my application some of which I do not have qualifications in". An October 2026 one-star says they were charged with no notice. Trustpilot's own summary of recent reviews mentions people struggling to cancel, and wrong details sent in someone's name.
What you get with Apiva
You choose jobs from a feed built from a corpus of 50,000+ US company career pages, rescanned on a daily cycle. You can also paste the link to any US job you've found yourself. Apiva only applies to jobs you've approved, and no setting turns that off.
Our AI fills in each form and tailors your résumé to the role. Skills get added only if your own résumé shows them, and you can review every change before it goes.
Sometimes a form asks for something only you know. The app shows that as "Needs your answer". Reply, and it carries on from there. If an attempt stops partway, it's marked "Will be retried" and no credit is used. Each confirmed application keeps a saved confirmation you can open later.
JobHire.AI pricing (checked October 2026)
None published. jobhire.ai/pricing returned a 404 on 17 October 2026, and their FAQ says to head to the pricing section after signing up.
Here's what their own pages do say:
- It's a subscription with three plans. The plan names on the homepage don't match the ones on the FAQ page, so go by what checkout shows you.
- The FAQ page says there's no free trial, though subscribing straight after you register unlocks a one-time discount. Another answer further down that same page mentions a free trial, so it's worth checking.
- Their terms say it renews on a rolling monthly basis, "or other billing period shown at checkout", until you cancel. A cancellation takes effect when the period you've paid for ends.
- Refunds come as account credit, and only in set cases.
Those set cases are strict. For the first purchase, you can ask for two extra weeks of service if you've had no interview invitations, but only between day 15 and day 30. Your search mode must have been Fast Track, with every work type ticked. You need at least five states selected, and one of them has to be California, Texas, New York, Florida or Illinois. The application mode must have been Auto-apply or Immediate-apply. A renewal only qualifies if you ask within 24 hours and your search was paused for that term.
So if you kept the mode they call Manual-apply, the credit isn't open to you. Worth knowing up front.
Apiva pricing
| Plan | Price | Applications a month |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0, no card | 25 |
| Starter | $19 / month | up to 200 |
| Pro | $39 / month | up to 600 |

Every plan is the full product, and tiers only differ by volume. Quarterly prices ($49, $79 and $239) are published, but quarterly billing isn't open yet. Credits reset monthly and don't roll over. You can cancel any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. A part-used month isn't refunded. Full detail is on the pricing page.
Each application can work out as low as about 10 cents if you use all 200 Starter credits in a month. Use fewer and each one costs more.

When JobHire.AI is the better pick
You want it to run without you. Auto-Apply works in the background, and if you later decide you want to see each job before it goes out, you can switch to manual approval in your settings.
You want a long track record of reviews. Over a thousand Trustpilot reviews averaging 4.1 is real evidence that people get value from it. We're newer and can't point to anything like that yet.
You're casting a very wide net. Their pitch is hundreds of applications, and one reviewer this month says two companies asked them to interview within a day.
When Apiva is the better pick
The price is public. It's on our pricing page, and 25 applications every month are free with no card.
Nothing goes out without your yes. With Apiva that isn't a setting you have to find, it's simply how it works, so a role you'd never accept can't go out with your name on it.
Sensitive questions come from you. Visa sponsorship questions get answered from what you've told us about your status. Questions about disability or veteran status work the same way. If you haven't said, Apiva picks the decline option the form offers, or it asks you.
Credits follow confirmed submissions. A stopped attempt doesn't use one.
Bottom line
JobHire.AI is a real service, and a lot of people like it, especially if they want applications going out with little effort on their part. Just know that prices are hidden until you sign up and refunds come as service time, not money.
If you'd rather know the cost before signing up, try Apiva on 25 free applications a month, no card.
If you do sign up with JobHire.AI, take screenshots of your search settings on the first day. Their account credit depends on those settings, and you can only ask for it between day 15 and day 30.
