What it is trying to claim: That you decided what mattered most and what could wait.
Why it underperforms
Prioritizing is invisible in its result, which is the same difficulty planning has: done well, the outcome is that the wrong things did not happen, and nothing did not happen is hard to put on a page. The word also gets used for sorting a personal to-do list, so without an object it reads as time management rather than judgement.
