You Health Medical Groups is hiring board-certified Nurse Practitioners for a ground-floor telehealth role focused on peptide therapy and hormone-related conditions. Providers will deliver synchronous and asynchronous care through the Hims & Hers platform and help shape clinical protocols. The role requires 10+ active state licenses and prior telehealth experience.

About You Health

You Health Medical Groups employs telehealth providers serving patients on the Hims & Hers platform, with Hims & Hers providing administrative support. Hims & Hers is a health and wellness platform offering nonprescription products and personalized prescription solutions for conditions like weight loss, mental health, sexual health, and hair care.

What you would do

Deliver synchronous and asynchronous care including assessment, diagnosis, and prescribing
Provide prompt and empathetic clinical care on the platform
Adhere to platform guidelines and complete required training
Help shape a new clinical program with hands-on engagement
Titrate medications for patients as necessary

Must have

Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, A-GNP, AG-ACNP, etc.)
Unrestricted DEA license and prescribed Schedule III controlled substances
Board certification in Adult Gerontology, Family, or Acute specialty
3+ years of applicable clinical practice experience
1+ years of previous telehealth experience
Actively licensed in more than 10 states
Strong diagnostic skills and EMR proficiency
Skilled at using online tools for care delivery
Comfortable providing care via video and chat
No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
Active state license in good standing
Not board eligible; must be board certified

Nice to have

Experience prescribing or familiarity with peptide therapies
