What you would do
- Supervise administrative and operational functions of the clinical department
- Monitor staff productivity, workload distribution, and task completion
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective action discussions
- Coordinate communication among field nurses, supervisors, intake, HR, payroll, and leadership
- Oversee clinical workflows to ensure timely completion of assessments and documentation
- Monitor assignment and scheduling of nursing visits for continuity of care
Must have
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of home care experience
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities
- Excellent time management for fast-paced workflows
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle operational challenges calmly
- Proficiency in home care software and Microsoft Office
Nice to have
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, Human Services, or related field
- Experience with HHA eXchange software
