The role
Yale University's Department of Radiology & Biomedical Imaging seeks radiologists for full-time, part-time, or per-diem teleradiology roles. The position focuses on high-quality clinical imaging interpretation with flexible scheduling and minimal non-interpretive duties. Faculty appointment may be available based on experience.

What you would do
- Interpret diagnostic images including X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans.
- Provide detailed written reports on imaging findings.
- Consult with referring physicians on diagnostic results.
- Use teleradiology systems to receive and transmit studies.
- Maintain patient records using electronic health records.
- Adhere to radiology best practices and clinical guidelines.
Must have
- Doctor of Medicine from accredited medical school.
- Completion of a radiology residency.
- Experience with various imaging modalities.
- Board certification or eligibility in radiology.
- Valid medical license in state(s) of service.
- Proficiency in teleradiology software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning.
Nice to have
- Subspecialty fellowship training in neuroradiology, musculoskeletal, or pediatric radiology.
- Prior experience in a remote or teleradiology setting.
- Familiarity with different PACS platforms and IT workflows.
