What you would do
- Lead the Dental Assisting program's daily academic and operational activities.
- Meet retention standards through coaching, relationships, and curriculum improvements.
- Ensure certification exam participation and pass rates through student coaching.
- Manage externships by establishing sites, placing students, and monitoring progress.
- Support satisfaction among students, graduates, affiliates, and employers.
- Meet placement standards through career coaching and relationship building.
Must have
- Associate degree or higher in a related field.
- Graduation from an accredited program in the specialty field.
- At least three years of full-time occupational experience.
- Current Dental Assistant registration or certification.
- Current licensure as a dentist with four-handed dentistry proficiency.

- Previous teaching experience.
