What you would do

  • Directly supervise CT technical and technical assistant staff
  • Perform HR activities, evaluations, interviews, and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels across multiple hospital locations
  • Collaborate with radiologists to create and maintain CT protocols
  • Ensure quality of clinical images and technical standards
  • Schedule and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance

Must have

  • Minimum 5 years CT imaging experience
  • ARRT certification in radiography (R)
  • ARRT certification in CT (CT)
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Ability to function independently
  • Problem solving and complaint resolution skills
  • Ability to interact with physicians, patients, and families
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Associates degree required

Nice to have

  • Prior supervisory or management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
