What you would do
- Directly supervise CT technical and technical assistant staff
- Perform HR activities, evaluations, interviews, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels across multiple hospital locations
- Collaborate with radiologists to create and maintain CT protocols
- Ensure quality of clinical images and technical standards
- Schedule and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance
Must have
- Minimum 5 years CT imaging experience
- ARRT certification in radiography (R)
- ARRT certification in CT (CT)
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Ability to function independently
- Problem solving and complaint resolution skills
- Ability to interact with physicians, patients, and families
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Associates degree required
Nice to have
- Prior supervisory or management experience
- Bachelor's degree
