What you would do

  • Teach patient care, phlebotomy, and EKG in classroom and lab settings
  • Demonstrate proper techniques, equipment use, safety, and infection control

  • Evaluate student performance through assignments, skills demos, and exams
  • Provide timely, constructive feedback to support student development
  • Maintain accurate student attendance, grades, and required records

Must have

  • Current or recent professional experience in healthcare, phlebotomy, EKG, or patient care
  • Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience with phlebotomy and/or EKG procedures
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical and clinical concepts to students
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Teaching, training, or mentoring experience
  • Experience working with students or adult learners in a classroom or lab
  • Current industry credentials or certifications in phlebotomy, EKG, or patient care
  • Experience in a clinical healthcare environment
