What you would do

  • Serve as first point of contact for RBTs and BTs on clinical and policy questions
  • Use downtime productively for training, documentation, and admin support
  • Step in for direct sessions to prevent client cancellations
  • Communicate with families and escalate to BCBA when needed
  • Maintain high treatment integrity and accurate data collection
  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time

Must have

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months experience as RBT
  • Active RBT certification
  • Strong clinical judgment
  • Comfort mentoring others
  • Clear communication with families and teammates
  • Ability to stay organized in fast-paced clinic
  • Ability to sit 1-2 hours and stand/walk 4-6 hours daily
  • Frequent bending and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Speech Therapy, or related field
