What you would do
- Apply nursing knowledge and skills in delivering patient care.
- Assess patient and family needs through observation and communication.
- Develop individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Advocate for patient health, safety, and rights.
- Teach and delegate tasks within scope of practice.
Must have
- NYS RN Licensure required
- BLS certification (AHA or RQI only)
- ACLS certification (AHA or RQI only)
- NIHSS certification
- Minimum 1-3 years as RN in Med Surg setting
