What you would do
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered clinical care
- Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments using appropriate data
- Communicate and document assessments with the interdisciplinary team
- Utilize resources to meet patient and family needs
- Develop and document individualized care plans
- Comply with organizational policies and safety protocols
Must have
- Current Registered Nurse license in New York
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Complete at least 5 nationally approved contact hours per year
- Complete mandatory in-services and health screens timely
- Maintain BLS certification
Nice to have
- Minimum of 2 years ICU nursing experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
