What you would do
- Assess patients' physical and psychosocial health status
- Develop individualized care plans with measurable outcomes
- Administer medications safely including IVP and drips
- Perform treatments using aseptic techniques
- Implement behavior management and de-escalation techniques
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
Must have
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current New York State RN license
- BCLS certification required
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Leadership skills for directing patient care team
Nice to have
- BSN preferred
- ACLS preferred
