What you would do
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor resident conditions
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, lab results, and overall health
- Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in resident condition
- Communicate significant findings to physicians and healthcare providers
Must have
- Current and valid NY State RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Nice to have
- Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care nursing
