What you would do
- Assist with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs and patient information
- Help with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation

- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nurses
- Assist with meals and monitor food and fluid intake
Must have
- Current CNA certification in New York
- 1 year long-term care experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
- Ability to meet physical requirements including standing, walking, lifting, and assisting with transfers
