What you would do
- Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and follow-up appointments.
- Diagnose mental health, substance use, and addiction disorders.
- Prescribe and coordinate medications with pharmacies.
- Manage injectable medication administration and storage.
- Maintain clinical documentation within three business days.
- Perform client medication reviews and check for accuracy.
Must have
- Valid Washington State Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Psychologist license
- Two years' experience in psychiatry, primary care, and residential treatment
- Minimum two years' experience practicing independently with minimal oversight
- At least three years working with mental health and substance use disorders
- Demonstrated competency with diverse populations of adults and children
- Ability to work with medical/nursing model and DSM diagnostics
- Maintain appropriate boundaries and sound judgment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency with EMR, telehealth, and Microsoft Office
- Pass criminal background check and meet drug-free policy
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Meet Washington health care vaccination requirements
