What you would do
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for healthcare portfolio
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing Healthcare Product team
- Partner with clinical, data science, regulatory, engineering, and commercial teams
- Identify and prioritize opportunities in preventive health and clinical monitoring
- Drive product decisions using scientific evidence and market analysis
- Incorporate regulatory, clinical, privacy, and quality standards into strategy
Must have
- 12+ years of product management experience
- Leadership experience in digital health or healthcare technology
- Success developing and scaling healthcare products
- Experience building and managing high-performing product teams
- Understanding of healthcare ecosystems and business models
- Experience with regulated or clinically oriented environments
- Ability to set strategy and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and business acumen
- Commitment to leveraging AI tools in daily tasks
