What you would do
- Screen, evaluate, and re-evaluate residents per physician orders
- Develop and revise treatment plans and goals for individual residents
- Re-assess patients to determine need for continued or discontinued services
- Carry out treatment plans as indicated
- Supervise treatment implementation by Physical Therapy Assistants
- Modify treatment plans as needed based on patient progress
Must have
- Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited program
- Active state physical therapy license
- Working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
- Clinical program application skills in therapy disciplines
- Ability to supervise PTAs and PT Techs
- Must receive influenza vaccine
- COVID-19 vaccine recommended
