What you would do
- Perform ultrasound exams per procedure guide
- Monitor patients and document findings accurately
- Educate team members and promote collaboration
- Ensure image quality through equipment checks
- Participate in quality improvement and accreditation
- Operate RIS/PACS systems within scope
Must have
- ARDMS-approved educational pathway completion
- ARDMS certification in Abdomen, OB/GYN, or Vascular
- Obtain ARDMS certification within 12 months if not held
- BLS certification required
- Proficient in diagnostic ultrasound exams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Skilled in managing workflow and imaging systems
- Competency in critical thinking and patient care
Nice to have
- Graduate of CAAHEP or CMA-approved ultrasound program
- ARRT certification as Radiologic Technologist
