What you would do
- Manage daily revenue cycle operations and processes
- Hire, train, and supervise revenue cycle team members
- Ensure charge capture, processing, and reconciliation across systems
- Implement strategies to improve billing and collections efficiency
- Manage relationships with insurance providers and third-party payors
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, healthcare, or related field
- Minimum five years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle management experience
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle including managed care and claim processing
- Knowledge of EDI and clearinghouse requirements
- Strong analytical and reporting skills for revenue cycle KPIs
- Knowledge of healthcare clinical operations and financial management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Access
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
