What you would do
- Conduct patient observation and rounds per policy
- Monitor patient progress and report observations
- Develop therapeutic relationships while maintaining boundaries
- Assist patients with daily living activities
- Supervise patient activities appropriately
- Demonstrate values of integrity, compassion, respect, diversity, teamwork, excellence, innovation
Must have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude, integrity, and ethical awareness
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree
- Psychology degree
- Experience in inpatient or outpatient behavioral healthcare facility
