About Cascade Trauma and Acute Care Surgery (CTACS)
Tacoma Emergency Care Physicians is a physician-owned, democratic group providing emergency care in the Pacific Northwest, staffed by over 100 physicians and advanced practice providers. It is supported by Washington Emergency Care Physicians, an independent group partnered with MultiCare Health Systems for over five decades.
What you would do
- Provide emergency medical care to patients at multiple hospital and freestanding emergency departments
- Work twelve 8-hour shifts per month, starting at one site and later rotating across sites
- Deliver high-quality patient care as part of a democratic physician group
- Participate in training and integration at various MultiCare campuses
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers and other healthcare staff
Must have
- Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Experience in emergency medicine
- Eligibility for medical licensure in Washington state
- Ability to work full-time schedule of twelve 8-hour shifts monthly
- Willingness to work at multiple hospital sites
