About Wealthy Group of Companies LLC

What you would do
- Direct financial planning, forecasting, capital allocation, and annual budgeting across all facilities.
- Partner with facility administrators and clinical leadership to analyze P&Ls and labor metrics.
- Oversee Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and private-pay revenue cycle management.
- Supervise accounting functions including monthly close, consolidations, and treasury.
- Develop financial models and conduct due diligence for acquisitions and capital projects.
- Manage relationships with lenders, banks, and auditors to ensure debt compliance.
Must have
- 7+ years progressive financial leadership experience.
- Experience as CFO, VP of Finance, or Corporate Controller.
- Experience in multi-site skilled nursing, post-acute, or senior living.
- Deep expertise in Medicare PDPM and state Medicaid programs.
- Experience with Managed Care contracting and post-acute billing regulations.
- Track record partnering with non-financial field operators.
- Strong background in financial modeling, capital budgeting, and debt financing.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
