The role
This is a clinical leadership role overseeing an adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The Clinical Director supervises 3-4 therapists and interns, ensures clinical quality and documentation standards, and collaborates with senior leadership and physicians. The position does not have a regular caseload but may step in for higher-acuity cases.

What you would do
- Supervise and mentor therapists, interns, and clinical staff
- Monitor therapy sessions, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Lead multidisciplinary clinical treatment team meetings
- Provide clinical consultation on complex patient situations
- Step in to provide therapy when clinically necessary
- Evaluate staff performance and set professional development goals
Must have
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, nursing, or counseling
- Current licensure as LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, or LPC
- At least 2 years of administrative or supervisory experience in behavioral health
- Knowledge of performance improvement and quality improvement practices
- Familiarity with Joint Commission/JCAHO standards
- Understanding of psychopathology, diagnostic assessment, and treatment
- Knowledge of chemical dependency and substance use treatment
Nice to have
- Experience supervising or mentoring clinical professionals
- Experience with PHP, IOP, inpatient, or residential programs
