CLINICAL INFORMATICS SPECIALIST - FULL TIME

The role
This role provides system support for the EHR, including training physicians and staff, analyzing workflows, and assisting with system upgrades and testing. The position requires experience with Epic or comparable EHR systems and a background in an ambulatory setting. The specialist will work under the direction of the Clinical Informatics Director/Assistant Director.

What you would do
- Support the Clinical Informatics Director and Assistant Director
- Provide system support to physicians and support staff
- Conduct retraining, problem identification, and workflow reviews
- Deliver physician training on EHR systems
- Build supporting documents from physician and clinical staff specs
- Analyze workflows to automate office processes
Must have
- High school graduate
- Computer experience
- Epic EHR or comparable EHR experience
- Use of MS Office tools
- One year experience in an Ambulatory setting
Nice to have
- Two-year degree from an accredited college or university
