What you would do

  • Provide application support for customer engagement products
  • Assist network team with QOS, zoning, and UC DHCP configurations
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot 911 services
  • Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot PRI, SIP, and analog lines
  • Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot endpoint voice devices
  • Provide application support for core VoIP solutions

Must have

  • Associates degree in networking or telecommunications
  • Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and good driving record
  • Established residency in Pennsylvania
  • Fundamental networking concepts including routing, DHCP, and DNS
  • Certification in Avaya, Microsoft, or Cisco UC services
  • Linux operating system experience
  • Cisco network experience
  • Ability to travel within company footprint
  • Ability to come into Palmerton office as scheduled
  • High-speed internet with minimum 100 Mbps
  • Quiet dedicated office space for remote work
