What this role involves

The Medical Director will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality in-home care for high-need patients. The role is primarily remote but requires residence in the state of interest, with about 20% of time spent on direct patient care. Candidates must be board certified in internal or family medicine with at least three years of direct patient care experience.
