What you would do
- Develop and run in vitro cell-based and biochemical assays
- Perform DMPK/ADME assays like permeability and protein binding
- Build and evaluate 3D culture, spheroid, and organoid systems
- Support nonclinical assays for efficacy, safety, and mechanism
- Design experiments, optimize protocols, and troubleshoot assays
- Maintain mammalian cell cultures including primary cells
Must have
- Hands-on mammalian cell culture experience
- In vitro assay development and optimization skills
- Design and troubleshoot cell-based or biochemical assays
- Proficiency in molecular and biochemical lab techniques
- Quantitative data analysis abilities
- Strong experimental planning and problem-solving skills
- Technical writing and presentation skills
- Work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
- PhD with 2+ years or MS with 4+ years experience
- Relevant research in pharma, biotech, or academic settings
Nice to have
- Familiarity with DMPK/ADME assay concepts
- Experience with 3D culture, spheroids, or organoids
- Experience supporting nonclinical drug development studies
