The role
This role provides occupational health services at an Eli Lilly customer site in Indianapolis, Indiana, working 12-hour weekend shifts. Responsibilities include clinical care, medical surveillance, emergency response, case management, and health promotion. The position requires a current Indiana RN license and BLS certification.

What you would do
- Provide nursing assessments and interventions within scope of practice
- Evaluate employees with work-related injuries for fitness for duty
- Provide first aid and triage for on-site employees and contractors
- Offer return-to-work clearances for employees
- Perform required screenings and manage credentialing programs
- Provide pre-employment and annual physicals
Must have
- Current RN license in the state of Indiana
- BLS Certification required
- 3-5 years of nursing experience
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Knowledge of toxicology
- Knowledge of health promotion
- Knowledge of lifestyle risk factors
- Knowledge of ergonomics
- Working knowledge of OSHA, FMLA, and Workers Compensation laws
- Familiarity with epidemiology, safety, industrial hygiene, and wellness
- Emotional intelligence including self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and motivation
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent
- Certification in Occupational Health Nursing
- 2-5 years of occupational health nursing experience
- Certification in Hearing Conservation
- Certification in Spirometry
