About Spark Learning LLC
Spark Learning is a locally owned, BCBA-led ABA provider using a naturalistic, play-based approach to help children build skills. They emphasize meaningful relationships and individualized support.
What you would do
- Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision.
- Deliver engaging, child-led therapy sessions promoting learning through play.
- Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
- Collect accurate session data and track client progress.
- Implement behavior support strategies in a positive environment.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and team members.
Must have
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach potential.
- Interest in ABA, psychology, education, speech-language pathology, child development, or social work.
- Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to work.
- Enjoy collaborating with others and being part of a supportive team.
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and passion for helping children succeed.
