What you would do
- Consult with patients before provider visits to review history and goals
- Scribe during visits, documenting provider notes and treatment plans
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist with aesthetic procedures
- Provide back-office support including rooming, vitals, and chart updates
- Follow safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols
- Communicate with providers and teammates to maintain schedule
Must have
- Comfortable assisting with aesthetic or cosmetic procedures
- Strong prioritization skills and composure under pressure
- Excellent bedside manner, especially with anxious patients
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Able to commit to at least one year in the role
Nice to have
- Prior experience in high-volume clinic, medical spa, or aesthetic practice
- Prior experience in a clinical medical setting
- MA certification
