What you would do
- Design and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
- Develop reusable pipeline templates and infrastructure modules
- Improve deployment speed, reliability, and quality through automation
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure with Terraform on GCP
- Operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters, especially GKE
- Package and manage applications using Helm charts
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure
- Experience with Kubernetes, preferably GKE
- Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools
- Experience packaging and deploying applications with Helm
- Strong experience with GitLab CI/CD and Git workflows
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably GCP
- Proficiency in Python or Go; Node.js is a plus
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
Nice to have
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Logging, and Cloud Monitoring
- Familiarity with distributed tracing tools like Google Cloud Trace
- Experience in security, compliance, or regulated environments
- Prior experience in agile or product-driven environments
- Relevant cloud or Kubernetes certifications like CKA
