What you would do
- Provide one-on-one teletherapy sessions via digital platform
- Collaborate with experienced and supportive clinical team
- Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches like CBT, EMDR, DBT
- Support individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma and more
- Help make mental healthcare more human, flexible, and accessible
Must have
- Doctorate degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD)
- At least 3 years of clinical experience
- Minimum 500 supervised clinical hours
- Active license to practice in Washington DC
- Strong therapeutic foundation and passion for client care
Nice to have
- Employee assistance program (EAP) experience
- Ability to speak multiple languages
- Openness to working onsite when necessary
