What you would do
- Present treatment plans and guide patients through recommended care
- Coordinate patient consultations and schedule treatment appointments
- Support case acceptance with clear and compassionate communication
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Collaborate with doctor and team for excellent patient experience
Must have
- 1-3 years experience as dental treatment coordinator
- Strong sales skills and personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
