What you would do

  • Present treatment plans clearly and compassionately
  • Help patients understand treatment options and next steps
  • Guide patients through scheduling and treatment coordination
  • Assist with financial discussions and payment arrangements
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with patients
  • Manage patient schedules and treatment follow-up

Must have

  • Knowledge of Dentrix software
  • Experience as dental front desk
  • High-end customer service in general dental or prosthodontics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain treatment plans clearly and empathetically
  • Clinical knowledge to explain treatment plans
  • Comfortable discussing financial options with patients

Nice to have

  • Treatment Coordinator experience
