What you would do
- Provide direct nursing care per care plans and physician orders
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns
- Administer medications safely and accurately per regulations
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and other providers
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and records
- Support and educate caregivers and medication aides
Must have
- Current LPN/LVN license as required by state
- Knowledge of dementia and Alzheimer's disease care
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of team
- Basic computer and electronic medical record skills
- Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain
Nice to have
- Previous experience with older adults or assisted living
- Experience in skilled nursing or memory care
- Experience with dementia residents
